PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine speed control device capable of more suitably suppressing a revolution fluctuation of an engine in a transition period of switching a compressor between the driven state and the stopped state.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 25 performs switching transition period control in the transition period of switching the compressor 24 between the driven state and the stopped state to correct a demand value for engine torque according to a calculation value for the load torque of a compressor 24 and to feedback correct the calculation value for the load torque according to a deviation between an engine speed and an ISC target speed. A period of performing the switching transition period control in a transition period of switching the compressor 24 from the stopped state to the driven state is set longer than a period of performing the switching transition period control in a transition period of switching the compressor 24 from the driven state to the stopped state. |
