PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate proper information in response to a request from a user for outputting traffic related information.SOLUTION: An information processing system according to the embodiment is provided with: a request reception part 221 that receives an output request of traffic related information regarding transportation; a determination part 321 that determines, on the basis of usage state information, whether it is possible to uniquely specify a station and a route to be used by the user; an output information control part 322 that outputs, when it is possible to uniquely specify the station and the route, the traffic related information of the specified station and route, and outputs names of candidate stations and/or routes, when it is not possible to uniquely specify the station and the route; and information indication part 222 that indicates, when it is possible to uniquely specify the station and the route, the traffic related information of the specified station and route, and indicates the names of the candidate stations and/or routes so as to be selectable, when it is not possible to uniquely specify the station and the route. |
