PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a composition which can increase and maintain a dissolved hydrogen concentration in the composition, a composition which has a high dissolved hydrogen concentration, a hydrogen-containing sheet which is impregnated with the composition, and a production method of the hydrogen-containing sheet.SOLUTION: A production method of the invention comprises a mixing step of mixing a viscosity component with a viscosity of 300 mPa s or more and gaseous hydrogen, a filling step of filling a container with a mixture produced in the mixing step, and a seal step of sealing the container; and can increase and maintain a dissolved hydrogen concentration in the composition.
