PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method of a Cu-Zn-Sn-based precursor film for formation of a light absorption layer of a CZTS type solar battery which allows formation of a precursor film reduced in deviation of the composition and excellent in adhesiveness to a substrate through simple operations.SOLUTION: A formation method of a Cu-Zn-Sn-based precursor film includes a mixed solution preparation step of preparing a naphthenate solution or an octylate solution of Cu, Zn and Sn and preparing a mixed solution, with amounts of the solutions matching a target composition mixed together, an application step of applying the mixed solution to a substrate to form a coating film and a baking step of baking the coating film to form a precursor film. |
