PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of forming a transparent conductive film having excellent curl resistance in which a stuck transparent conductive film is not largely curled and suppressing irregular deformation on the surface of the transparent conductive film even during the heating step at a temperature range of 140 to 150°C.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate which comprises: a carrier film for a transparent conductive film having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a support; and a transparent conductive film having a transparent conductive layer and a transparent substrate, wherein the in-plane heat shrinkage ratio S1 of the support when heated at 140°C for 90 minutes is 0 to 0.6% and the in-plane heat shrinkage ratio S2 of the transparent conductive film when heated at 140°C for 90 minutes is -0.1% or more and less than 0.3%.
