PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a resistance value of a resistor.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a resistor is disclosed, the resistor including resistance value measuring means that includes a first electrode 113a, a second electrode 113b and a resistive element provided between the first electrode 113a and the second electrode 113b. The resistance value measuring means includes a step of performing four-terminal measurement by specifying a first area 15b of the first electrode 113a and a second area 15c of the second electrode 113b so as to be positioned diagonally with a reference line 11 as a reference, the reference line 11 bisecting the resistor in an arrangement direction of the first electrode 113a and the second electrode 113b, bringing a current terminal into contact at a position closer to the reference line 11 and bringing a voltage detection terminal into contact at a position farther away from the reference line 11 than a contact position of the current terminal in the first area 15b and the second area 15c, respectively. |
