摘要
本发明系提供一种高温渗碳用钢制零件,其系剥落强度及低循环疲劳强度优异,可用来作为齿轮、轴承、轴及CVT滑轮等之动力传达零件等之材料。;高温渗碳用钢制零件系适当地调整化学成分组成,以及表面至0.05mm深度之平均C浓度为0.50%以上,且分别以下述(1)式~(3)式规定下述A、B及C时,此等满足特定之关系;A=exp{Dm/10+Nm 1/2 /50}×exp{Dt/15+Nt 1/2 /50}…(1) ;B=exp{Hs/650+ECD 1/2 +Hi/250}…(2) ;C=exp[Hs/650-ECD-{(0.89×Hi-202.16)/250} 2 ]…(3);其中,Dm表示在非渗碳部之MnS的平均圆相当径(μm),Nm表示在非渗碳部之MnS之个数密度(个/mm 2 ),Dt表示在非渗碳部之TiN之平均圆相当径(μm),Nt表示在非渗碳部之TiN之个数密度(个/mm 2 ),Hs表示以试验力300gf测定之表面至深度0.05mm位置的维氏硬度(HV),ECD表示有效硬化层深度(mm),Hi表示以试验力300gf测定之非渗碳部的维氏硬度(HV)。
