摘要
本发明系为一种相变形成具复合颜色萤光粉之合成方法,藉由调控烧结温度与时间,控制M2-ySi5N8:Ry相转变为M1-xSi6N8:Rx相,透过调控合成条件可形成含不同比例之两种相的萤光粉,实施例中之CIE色度座标图显示Sr1.98Si5N8:Eu 2+ 0.02萤光粉发光颜色由红色转变为粉红色再转变为蓝色,测得之数据点经连线验证确认为一直线,直线两端点颜色无偏差,则两色混成之颜色亦将落在直线上。本发明仅需一次烧结无须分二次以上之烧结或额外加入他色萤光粉等步骤,即可制得两种颜色之混合相,经研磨分筛后即可获得光色均匀之复合颜色萤光粉,可节省萤光粉合成之成本。
