PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device capable of introducing exhaust into a bypass passage or a heat recovery passage without increasing a burden of a thermo-actuator which drives a valve to switch passages where the exhaust flows.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery device 1 comprises: a heat recovery device body 2 which has a heat recovery passage 11 with a heat exchanger 3 arranged therein and a bypass passage 9 bypassing the heat recovery passage 11; and a valve 4 which controls a flow rate of exhaust flowing into the bypass passage 9 and the heat recovery passage 11. The valve 4 has: a valve body 21; and a rotating shaft 23 which is arranged at a position shifted from an end section 21b of the valve body 21 at a downstream side toward the end section 21a thereof at an upstream side of an exhaust flow. |
