PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine integrated control apparatus which prevents heat from being received from a motor and satisfactorily cools a control unit.SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine integrated control device includes: a motor which includes a rotor, a stator and a cooling fan and in which the cooling fan is rotated together with rotation of the rotor; and the control unit including a power element for power supply to the motor and an electronic control device for controlling drive of the power element. The motor includes a first housing in which the rotor, the stator and the cooling fan are accommodated and which includes an exhaust hole for guiding a stream of a gas that is generated with the rotation of the cooling fan to an external space. The control unit includes a second housing in which at least the electronic control device is accommodated. Further, a first passage connecting an internal space of the first housing and an internal space of the second housing and a second passage connecting the internal space of the second housing and the external space are included. |
