PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in heat absorption efficiency at a boiler body part caused by basing of exhaust gas flow flowing in the boiler body part to a partial area, in a waste heat recovery boiler.SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery boiler for recovering heat from high temperature exhaust gas discharged out of a gas engine is provided in which an inlet duct 3 is arranged at a side part of a portion of a boiler body 1, exhaust gas is introduced from an exhaust gas inlet 5 provided at the upper part of the inlet duct 3 and the exhaust gas is supplied to the boiler body 1 through an opening part provided at the side part of the inlet duct 3. The waste heat recovery boiler includes a guide plate 7 extending from a wall surface of the inlet duct 3 on an opposite side of the boiler body 1 toward the boiler body 1. The guide plate 7 has a plane for shutting off a flow of exhaust gas flowing from the exhaust gas inlet 5 of the inlet duct 3 downward, and the extremity of the guide plate becoming the boiler body side is set at a higher position than that of its base side. |
