PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus capable of avoiding excessive exposure for a patient by sufficiently managing an exposure dose for the patient to be photographed when photographing using an X-ray is performed.SOLUTION: An X-ray image diagnostic apparatus includes: a bed device B having a top plate on which a patient is placed; an X-ray generation part 1 for generating an X-ray to be delivered to the patient; an X-ray detection part 2 for detecting the X-ray that transmits the patient; an image generation part 7 for generating an X-ray image based on the detection result of the X-ray detection part 2; and a system control part 10 for performing the drive and control of the bed device B, the X-ray generation part 1, the X-ray detection part 2, the image generation part 7, and other parts. The system control part 10 includes an exposure management part R which, grasping positional relations between the patient lying on the bed device, and the X-ray generation part, the X-ray detection part, the bed device, and other parts, determines the position of each part virtually before the actual photographing, and manages an exposure dose for the patient in the actual photographing. |
