PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction system and method for achieving quick and highly accurate partial search.SOLUTION: A partial information extraction method is configured to successively execute: a vector generation procedure S101 of dividing information of a search object into a plurality of predetermined segments, and generating a feature vector for each segment; a vector determination procedure S103 of generating the feature vector of a condition as a condition vector, and calculating a degree of similarity between the condition vector and the feature vector of the segment; and a part extraction procedure S104 of extracting the segment close to the condition with a predetermined reference by using the degree of similarity between the condition vector and the feature vector of the segment.
