PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and convenient-in use gas cooking stove capable of realizing fire power intended by a user while properly restricting a rapid expansion of flame in response to a set fire power after changing fire power at a gas burner and further capable of restricting increase in its cost.SOLUTION: This invention provides a constitution in which, when an instruction on set fire power for changing fire power of igniting gas cooking burner from a weaker fire power than a predetermined first fire power to a set higher fire power than the first fire power is outputted through operation of an ignition or extinction operating part, a control part executes a fire power restricting stage for maintaining fire power of the gas cooking burner to the first fire power for a predetermined time after changing the fire power at the gas cooking burner to the first fire power, and in turn when an instruction for a set fire power to change the fire power of the gas cooking burner to a higher set fire power than the first fire power is outputted again under an operation of the ignition or extinction operating part, the control part allows the fire power of the gas cooking burner to change to the set higher fire power. |
