The present invention relates to a variable girder steel frame structure capable of adjusting a horizontal angle and a height. The present invention is to facilitate horizontal angle adjustment and height adjustment in connection portions of girders when a girder steel frame structure is constructed. To achieve the objective, the variable girder steel frame structure capable of adjusting a horizontal angle and a height comprises: a steel column (10) vertically erected on the ground; cross beam supports (20) mounted on the top of the steel column (10); guide bolts (25) protruding from the top of the cross beam supports (20); cross beams (30) supported by the cross beam supports (20), having a bolt hole (31) through which the guide bolt (25) penetrates, and rotated within a predetermined angle by making the bolt hole (31) have a slot shape with a predetermined curvature; a height-adjustable plate (50) inserted between the cross beams (30) and the cross beam supports (20) and having a bolt guide groove (51) formed in one side to guide the guide bolt (25); and girders connected to both ends of the cross beams (30).
