The present invention relates to an ingredient separation apparatus. The ingredient separation apparatus can simplify the process compared with a conventional technology, ensure the purity of a target ingredient such as a stem cell or separated blood, and prevent air contamination during an ingredient separation process. The apparatus includes: a body which has a flow pipe formed on an end and a space on the inside; a moving pipe body which moves forward and backward in the body, has an outer plunger installed on an end, and has a space on the inside connected to the space of the body; and a rotating rod which is coupled to a moving pipe body screw unit formed on the moving pipe body by a screw and has an inner plunger formed on a distal end capable of being inserted to and being drawn out from an outer plunger hole formed on the outer plunger, wherein the moving pipe body moves against the body while a moving pipe body extending unit formed on the other end of the moving pipe body comes in contact with the surface of the inner wall of the body. |
