<p>The method involves simultaneously controlling a control voltage (SENSE) of an alternator (3) and a battery voltage (VBatt) applied to a battery (2) e.g. lithium-ion battery, irrespective of incoming or outgoing current (iBatt) of the battery. The control voltage is controlled based on a voltage setpoint and a current setpoint issued by a controller of a servo device (7), where the servo device includes a current-voltage adapter (10), a voltage-voltage adapter (12), an adder (9), a proportional integral corrector (PI), and a transimpedance amplifier (B). An independent claim is also included for a servo system.</p> |
