The present invention provides a preliminary regulation checking method at an architectural design step using building information modeling (BIM). It includes (a) a step of allowing a building information module (10) to generate a building information file (IFC) for a target building; (b) a step of allowing a preliminary regulation module (100) to extract a regulation from a regulation database (21) and to examine regulation suitability by using the IFC; and (c) a step of allowing an output module (200) to output the examined regulation suitability. Especially, additional attribute information (Pset) can be inputted so that it can be flexible even though a change of a regulation or undefined information is needed. |
