The present invention relates to a particle separation system using a cyclone. The system includes a storage bath including a sample; a cyclone which has an inlet pipe fixed to the upper part of the storage bath on a side, an upper outlet pipe in an upper part and a lower outlet pipe in a lower part; a supply line which is connected to the inlet pipe by a pump in the lower part of the storage bath and supplies the sample of the storage bath to the cyclone; a supply pressure control line which supplies a part of the sample supplied to the supply line by an opening/closing control valve in the supply line to the storage bath; and a discharge line which is connected to the upper outlet pipe and supplies the sample supplied from the upper outlet pipe to the storage bath.
