Producing diesel bases comprising sulfur, comprises: (a) contacting the filler with a hydrotreating catalyst in a fixed bed in presence of hydrogen, which is mixed with filler for producing an effluent comprising a gaseous fraction including hydrogen and a hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction; (b) contacting a part of hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction in presence of a selective hydroisomerization catalyst in fixed bed, where the catalyst comprises a group VIII metal and/or a group VIB metal; and (c) separating effluent obtained from gaseous fraction comprising hydrogen and diesel base fraction. Producing diesel bases comprising less than 100 ppm of sulfur based on a filler obtained from a renewable source, comprises: (a) contacting the filler with a hydrotreating catalyst in a fixed bed, at a temperature of 200-450[deg] C, a pressure of 1-10 MPa and an hourly space velocity of 0.1-10 h -> 1>, in presence of hydrogen, which is mixed with filler such that a ratio of hydrogen and filler is 150-750 Nm 3>/m 3> for producing an effluent comprising a gaseous fraction including hydrogen and a hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction; (b) contacting a part of hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction in presence of a selective hydroisomerization catalyst in fixed bed, where the catalyst comprises a group VIII metal and/or a group VIB metal; and (c) separating effluent obtained from gaseous fraction comprising hydrogen and diesel base fraction. The step (b) is carried out: at a temperature of 300-380[deg] C, a pressure of 3-7 MPa and an hourly space velocity of 0.5-5 h -> 1> and in presence of hydrogen, which is mixed with hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction such that a ratio of hydrogen and hydrocarbon-based liquid fraction is 70-1000 Nm 3>/m 3>. |
