1. A processing apparatus for performing a process for generating a command in accordance with a touch input in a coordinate input area, comprising:
an input unit configured to input data according to a coordinate of a touch input detected on a coordinate input area; and a generating unit configured to generate a command in accordance with a coordinate based on a size of the coordinate input area, wherein the generating unit is configured to generate, when a touch input on a first coordinate input area larger than a second coordinate input area is detected, a command corresponding to a coordinate of a first position on the first coordinate input area, wherein the first position is further from a second position on the first coordinate input area than a position of the touch input detected on the first coordinate input area, and the generating unit is configured to generate, when a touch input on the second coordinate input area smaller than the first coordinate input area is detected, a command corresponding to a coordinate of a position of the touch input detected on the second coordinate input area. |
