An uninterruptible power-supply system (1) is a power converter having a PN laminated bus bar (3) and a plurality of power conversion units (2) and supplying power to a load from a commercial power supply via a converter and an inverter. The power conversion units (2) each include a power semiconductor module (21), capacitors (C1, C2), and a main circuit bus bar (23) and have respective positive side terminals connected to each other and respective negative side terminals connected to each other through the PN laminated bus bar (3). At least one power conversion unit (2) constitutes a phase of the converter. At least another one power conversion unit (2) constitutes a phase of the inverter and has the positive side terminal lying adjacent to and connected through the PN laminated bus bar (3) to the positive side terminal of the corresponding power conversion unit (2) constituting the phase of the converter and the negative side terminal lying adjacent to and connected to the negative side terminal of the corresponding power conversion unit (2) constituting the phase of the converter. |
