A memory control device is provided with a control unit which controls writing and reading of data to/from a non-volatile memory having at least a first region and a second region. The control unit is configured in such a way that if a plurality of data are to be written to the first region, the plurality of data are temporarily written to the second region, and if each of the plurality of data written to the second region are to be copied to the first region, a flag is set indicating whether or not copying of the plurality of data to the first region has been completed. |
