摘要 Provided is a rectifier circuit having a small power loss and capable of high-frequency operation. The rectifier circuit is equipped with three terminals (A, K, VR) and comprises: a voltage comparator (B1) having a positive input terminal, a negative input terminal, and a comparison output terminal; a current switching means (SW0) having a source terminal (S), a drain terminal (D), and a control terminal (G); a first switching means (SW1) for conducting or cutting off between the source terminal (S) and control terminal (G) of the current switching means; a second switching means (SW2) for conducting or cutting off between the control terminal (G) of the current switching means and the terminal (VR); and a reference voltage generator (B2) using the terminals (A, VR) as input terminals and having a voltage output terminal. In the rectifier circuit, the negative and positive input terminals of the voltage comparator (B1) are connected to the voltage output terminal of the reference voltage generator (B2) and the terminal (K), respectively. The first switching means (SW1) and the second switching means (SW2) are exclusively conducted or cut off by a signal output from the comparison output terminal of the voltage comparator (B1).
