<p>Member 1 comprises a body 2, which develops along an axis X and has, along such an axis, a through hole 9, along which a beverage is fed from a percolation chamber 4 arranged above; a body 15 with axis X under the body 2; a body 21, which stops the flow of the beverage under the bias of a spring 18 between hole 9 and the inside of the body 15 until the beverage reaches a given pressure in hole 9; a body 24, which houses the lower part of body 2 and the body 15 and which internally defines a chamber 27; at least one through window 23 defined in body 15 under the stopping zone of the flow in hole 9; and a through window 28 made in body 24 through which the contact between the beverage and the air is made and suited to feed the beverage from chamber 27 outwards; body 21 having its largest upper diameter which is from 1 to 20% of the diameter of at least one part of the end segment 9a of hole 9.</p> |
