摘要 <p>An abrasive waterjet mirrored machining experiment device, mainly consisting of an abrasive waterjet device, a displacement measurement device, and a clamp device. The abrasive waterjet device consists of a waterjet processing platform, a super-high pressure system, a cutting system having sand, a five-axial water cutting system, an automatic abrasive provision system, a water-softening treatment system, and an oil cooling system. The clamp device consists of a clamp, a clamp block, a rod, a connection block, a support board, and a base board. The displacement measurement device consists of an infrared sensor, a conditioner, and a computer. When machining and processing silicon nitride ceramic material using the present device, two high-pressure nozzles are placed on the left and right sides of the workpiece material in mirror image and the abrasive jet thereof can machine the highly rigid and brittle ceramic material without creating cracks, thereby enhancing the comprehensive performance and service life. Additionally, the impact forces on the workpiece from the left and right jets cancel one another, thereby enhancing systemic rigidity, reducing elastic deformation of the workpiece, and avoiding the problem that a workpiece can easily deform during processing.</p>
