PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that relates to a collision jet type cooler and devises a structure of fins thereby improving the cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A cooler 2 includes: a base plate 3; fins 4; a partition plate 5; and a nozzle 6. The base plate 3 is one side plate of a housing and a cooling object is attached to a front surface of the base plate 3. The fins 4 are erected on a rear surface of the base plate. The partition plate 5 is arranged parallel to the base plate 3 and partitions a space in the housing into a first passage 12 located far from the base plate 3 and a second passage 14 located close to the base plate 3. The nozzle 6 extends from the partition plate 5 to the base plate 3 and jets a refrigerant to the rear surface of the base plate 3. The fins 4 are divided into a first region 41 positioned in a refrigerant jetting direction of the nozzle and a second region 42 located adjacent to the first region 41. Heat conductivity of the first region 41 is lower than heat conductivity of the second region 42. |
