PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a cross sectional area of a hollow passage maximally to increase drainability of the hollow passage in a pressure sensor device including a case having a pressure sensor element packaged and a pressure introduction port coupled to the case.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor device comprises: a case 10; a pressure sensor element 20 that is packaged in one surface 12 of the case 10; and a pressure introduction port 30 that is coupled to the case 10, is thermoplastic resin, and internally has a columnar spatially-shaped hollow passage 31 with one end side aperture part 31a located on a pressure sensor element 20 side and with other end side aperture part 31a located on an opposite side of the one end side aperture part 31a. In an inner wall surface of the hollow passage 31, a rough surface 34 subjected to roughness processing and a smooth surface 35 smother than the rough surface 34 are configured to be provided at one portion or a plurality of portions along a long side direction of the hollow passage 31, respectively. |
