PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular solid preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness, and to provide a method for producing the granular solid preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness.SOLUTION: The invention provides a granular solid preparation containing drug granules consisting of (1) a core substance, and (2) a drug containing layer coating a core substance. The drug containing layer contains cephalosporin ester and a thermofusion substance. The content of the thermofusion substance is 10-20% to the mass of the drug granule, and the content of cephalosporin ester is 20-40% to the mass of the granular solid preparation. The granular solid preparation is a preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness, being useful as preparations having an improved medication compliance for children and/or elderly persons. Furthermore, the method for producing the granular solid preparation of the invention is useful as a method for producing preparations with excellent dissolution property. |
