PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane filtration apparatus having a self washing tank, capable of reliably eliminating non-uniform fouling occurring between individual membrane modules, without enlargement of the apparatus and without increase in the power load.SOLUTION: A membrane filtration apparatus 1 having a self washing tank includes a return/drain tank 2, a washing water tank 3, and a backwash measurement tank 4, which are disposed in the central part of the apparatus. The return/drain tank 2, the washing water tank 3, and the backwash measurement tank 4 are integrally formed in this order from the lower part toward the upper direction. The bottom of the backwash measurement tank 4 has an opening 4a. The washing tank 3 is communicated with the backwash measurement tank 4 at the bottom. A raw water supply block 5 is disposed in the lower part of the membrane filtration apparatus 1. A membrane filtered water catchment block 6 is disposed in the upper part of the membrane filtration apparatus 1. A plurality of membrane modules 7 are disposed between the outer edge of the raw water supply block 5 and the outer edge of the membrane filtered water catchment block 6. The membrane modules 7 stand on the circle having the center at the central part of the membrane filtration apparatus 1. |
