PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasification melting device and a waste gasification melting method capable of mixing fuel gas with oxygen-enriched air, stably blowing the mixed gas to a tuyere and performing a stable combustion.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a waste gasification melting device comprising a shaft furnace type waste gasification melting furnace 1 for accepting fed waste, heat decomposing, gasifying and burning the waste, and melting residual ashes, and a mixed gas blowing device 20 for blowing mixture gas having oxygen-enriched air mixed with fuel gas from a main tuyere 5 arranged at the lower part of the waste gasification melting furnace 1. The mixed gas blowing device 20 comprises an air feeding pipe 22 connected to the main tuyere 5 to feed the mixed gas into the furnace and a cooling part 30 for cooling the end part of the air feeding pipe 22 inside the furnace. |
