PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amplifier bandwidth extension.SOLUTION: According to at least one of embodiments described in this invention, an amplifier may include an amplifier circuit having an output. The amplifier may include a bandwidth width extension circuit coupled to the output of the amplifier circuit. The bandwidth width extension circuit may include an active device and a resistor. The active device and the resistor may be configured to generate inductance increasing bandwidth of the amplifier. |
