PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a prepreg tape that has a high thermal conductivity and a high heat resistance, and has a good sheet appearance.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing prepreg tape comprising: a first step for mixing inorganic scaly particles into water and filtering and drying the same to obtain inorganic scaly particle paper; a second step for obtaining inorganic filler-added resin comprising thermosetting resin and hardening accelerator, inorganic filler, and organic solvent by 1 mass% to 4 mass% or mixture of organic solvent and reaction diluent by 1 mass% to 20 mass%, and a third step for bonding the inorganic scaly particle paper obtained in the first step and a backing member together via inorganic filler-added resin obtained in the second step. |
