1. A method for preparing a back contact of a solar cell, comprising:
providing a substrate; depositing at least one layer of a metal oxide to at least one surface of the substrate to produce a coated substrate; depositing at least one layer of a metal sulfide to the at least one layer of the metal oxide surface of the coated substrate to produce a sulfide coated substrate; co-evaporating ZnTe:Cu on the sulfide coated substrate; and annealing the substrate by rapid thermal processing. |
