Disclosed are a B ultrasonic scanning probe (100), a B ultrasonic scanning system and a B ultrasonic scanning method, wherein the B ultrasonic scanning system comprises a B ultrasonic scanning probe (100) and an upper computer (200), and the B ultrasonic scanning probe (10) comprises a body (10), wherein the body (10) is provided with an A ultrasonic scanning probe (40), a pose sensor (50), an image displacement sensor (30) and a controller (20) therein, wherein the acquisition terminal of the image displacement sensor (30) and the detection terminal of the A ultrasonic scanning probe (40) are both provided on the front end face of the body (10), the A ultrasonic scanning probe (40), pose sensor (50) and image displacement sensor (30) are all connected to the controller (20), the controller (20) receives the data acquired by the A ultrasonic scanning probe (40), pose sensor (50) and image displacement sensor (30) and sends same to the upper computer (200), and the upper computer (200) combines the data acquired by the A ultrasonic scanning probe (40), pose sensor (50) and image displacement sensor (30) into images. The B ultrasonic scanning probe (100) and the B ultrasonic scanning system have cheap hardware prices, are easy to use and buy for individuals, have sensitive responses, and collect data accurately, and the B ultrasonic scanning method is completed by the above-mentioned hardware, so that scanning can be more flexible. |
