发明名称 TOOL HOLDER
摘要 Tools stored in tool holders attached to belts can sometimes easily slip out. This often happens when working in a position almost on all fours, and when moving with the belt and tool holder removed from one's waist. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent tools from easily slipping out. Tools in conventional tool holders were made less prone to falling out by inserting said tools tightly into a tool bag pocket. Tools often have tapered shapes and tend to fall out if the tool holder is tilted downward or upside down. This tool holder utilizes the property of magnetic attraction since most tools are made from iron. In this tool holder, a permanent magnet is embedded near the middle or tip end of one or both surfaces of a pocket, or another side surface thereof. Thus, once a tool is inserted, the tool is less likely to fall out even if the tool holder is turned upside down. In addition, not much force is needed when inserting and removing the tool. Although a magnet is normally disposed perpendicularly against a surface to be attracted, in this tool holder, the surface to be attracted slides in parallel against the magnet so that the tool can be easily moved with little force. This tool holder has an advantage in that the tool does not come out of the tool holder unless the tool and the magnet are completely separated in the direction of tool removal.
