PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element and a lighting device that can suppress variation of color temperature of white light to be emitted therefrom even under long-term use, thereby extending the lifetime.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence element 100 has a substrate 101 having light transmissivity, a first electrode 102 formed on the substrate 101, an organic layer in which a first pixel area 150 having a first light emission unit 120 and a second light emission unit 130 and a second pixel area 160 having a first light emission unit 120 are disposed to be adjacent to each other, a second electrode 103 formed on the first pixel area 150, and a second electrode 104 formed on the second pixel area 160.The first light emission unit 120 having the shortest lifetime in the first pixel area is integrally formed in the first pixel area 150 and the second pixel area 160. |
