摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, a deterioration state of a battery cannot be grasped when the battery is exchanged or a memory for storing information identifying the deterioration state of the battery is exchanged.SOLUTION: An evaluation value evaluating the eccentricity of a salt concentration in a nonaqueous secondary battery (11) is calculated and when the evaluation value exceeds a boundary value, a cumulative value is updated while accumulating a difference between the evaluation value and the boundary value. The cumulative value is stored in a memory (41). Discharging or charging of the nonaqueous secondary battery is controlled to prevent the cumulative value from becoming greater than a first allowable value. The first allowable value is smaller than a second allowable value that is an upper limit cumulative value to be allowed in the nonaqueous secondary battery. When at least either the nonaqueous secondary battery or the memory is exchanged, an initial value of the cumulative value that is set in the memory is smaller than the first allowable value just by a difference between the first allowable value and the second allowable value or less. Thus, even if the cumulative value to be updated rises from the initial value to the first allowable value, the actual cumulative value of the nonaqueous secondary battery can be prevented from becoming greater than the second allowable value.
