PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifying the topics of lecture video.SOLUTION: The method for specifying the topics of lecture video may include receiving the metadata of lecture video, the metadata of a learning course, and the script of the lecture video. The script may include a sentence in which the lecture video is transcribed into text. The method may include finding out a candidate learning course pertaining to the lecture video on the basis of the degree of similarity measured between the metadata of the lecture video and the metadata of the learning course. The method may include extracting an important phrase from the learning material of the candidate learning course. The method also may include assigning a weight to the extracted important phrase on the basis of the position of the extracted important phrase, the frequency with which the extracted important phrase appears, and the found candidate learning course in which the important phrase appears. The method may include dividing the lecture video into a plurality of specific topic portions on the basis of the topic segment generated in the script, the presence of the extracted important phrase, and the assigned weight. |
