PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice device which cuts and removes a defective bag-like web from a bag-like web connected in a sheet shape, and splices non-defective bag-like webs to each other.SOLUTION: A splice device comprises: web conveyance means 3, 4 for intermittently conveying a bag-like web; an upstream cutting receiving table 5 and a downstream cutting receiving table 6; an upstream cutting plate 7 and a downstream cutting plate 8; upstream chucks 17a, b; an upstream adsorption plate 19 and downstream chucks 15a, b for adsorbing and holding the top surface of the bag-like web; cameras 11a, b for detecting the images of a cutting position of the bag-like web and a cut surface; and a control unit for moving the bag-like web on the upstream side to a bonding position by the upstream chucks while adsorbing it by the upstream adsorption plate after a defective bag-like web is cut by the upstream cutting plate and the downstream cutting plate, and bonding the bag-like web on the upstream side in a state of holding the bag-like web on the downstream side by an adsorption groove provided in the downstream cutting reception table. |
