In the formula, Rto Rindependently show a straight-chain, branched, or annular alkoxy group, a straight-chain, branched, or annular halogeno alkoxy group, or the like. Xto Xindependently show a halogen atom, M shows two hydrogen atoms, two monovalent metal atoms, bivalent metal atoms, trivalent substituent metal atoms, tetravalent substituent metal atoms, or oxidized metal atoms. |
