PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing coating agent capable of stably forming water repellent and oil repellent film without damaging visibility of a substrate and an article surface treated by the coating agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluorine-coating agent containing (A) a hydrolyzable group-containing silane modified by a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer and/or a partial hydrolysis condensation thereof and (B) a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer having an average molecular weight of the average molecular weight of the (A) component or less with a mix mass ratio of the (A) component and the (B) component of 40:60 to 95:5.
