PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with frame which has superior optical transparency and antireflection performance and hardly accumulates dust, and a manufacturing method of the sheet with frame at a low cost.SOLUTION: The sheet with frame includes: a light transmissive member that has a fine rugged structure of plural salients on the surface thereof, which are formed at a frequency of equal to or smaller than the wave length in a visible light region; and a frame part on the surface of the light transmissive member. In the sheet with frame, the surface of the light transmissive member having the fine rugged structure and the frame part are joined via an adhesive member. The manufacturing method of the sheet with frame includes a step to bond a first light transmissive member and a second light transmissive member by means of thermal fusion bonding so that the sheet with frame has the fine rugged structure on both sides. |
