PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent light permeability even in a thick molded article, high heat resistance and high level fire resistance and a molded article.SOLUTION: There is provided a polycarbonate resin composition containing total 100 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin (A) of 50 to 95 mass% and a poly(phosphonate-carbonate) copolymer (B) containing a polyphosphonate unit (B1) represented by the formula (1) of 50 to 5 mass% and 0.005 to 0.18 pts.mass of a fluoropolymer (C) having a bulk density of 0.4 g/ml or more.
