PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement agent for resin capable of adding excellent shock resistance, heat coloring resistance and moist heat resistance to a polycarbonate resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a reinforcement agent for resin consisting of rubbery graft polymer and having increment of YI value by a heat treatment at a temperature of 140°C for 12 hours measured for a molded body obtained by forming 3 pts.mass of the reinforcement agent for resin and 97 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin having a viscosity average molecular weight of 24,000 under a specific condition of 36 or less and increment of an MFR value by the heat treatment for 60 hours under the condition of temperature of 120°C and relative humidity of 100% of 3 or less. There is also provided a resin composition containing the reinforcement agent for resin and a polycarbonate resin.
