PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive element that can quantitatively detect pressure force loaded by a touch operation without impairing visibility of an object to be attached, and to provide a pressure sensor and other various devices that include the pressure sensitive element.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive element 100 comprises: a transparent electrically-conductive layer 12; a transparent insulating layer 30; and a voltage application unit that applies a voltage to a sensor electrode 20. The transparent insulating layer 30 has a plurality of light transmission sensor electrodes 20 formed into a pattern and is arranged to face the transparent electrically-conductive layer 12. The pressure sensitive element 100 has a light-transmitting property and loading of pressure force causes contact resistance between the transparent electrically-conductive layer 12 and the sensor electrode 20 to change. The pressure sensor includes: the pressure sensitive element 100; and a detection unit that is electrically connected to the voltage application unit to quantitatively detect the contact resistance.
