PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing composition in which: a fresh-looking and refreshing feeling of use, and excellent stability are provided even though having a high makeup removal ability to remove heavy make-up stains; and viscosity suitable for usability of cleansing, a good touch feeling of the skin with little stickiness is satisfactorily provided with respect to feeling of use after cleaning.SOLUTION: A cleansing composition contains following components (A)-(D): (A) 0.5-12 mass% of fatty acid alkanolamide; (B) 0.8-2.5 mass% of nonionic cellulose derivative; (C) 3.0-20 mass% of alcohol having monovalent-hexavalent hydroxy groups and 1-8 carbon atoms; (D) an anionic surfactant, wherein the mass content ratio of the component (A) and the component (D) is 1:0.025-1:10. |
