PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel concrete composite structure excellent in workability and durability, being high in a degree of freedom of design, and excellent even in economical efficiency.SOLUTION: A sandwich type composite pile cap 3 is provided in an upper part between sidewalls 2 of a concrete structure, and the sandwich type composite pile cap 3 and the upper part of the sidewalls 2 are rigidly joined. In the sandwich type composite pile cap 3, concrete is filled in a steel shell formed by welding a plurality of parallel shape steels 4 on a lower steel plate 3b, welding an upper steel plate 3a on flanges 4b of the shape steels 4, and thereby integrating them. A joining part steel shell 11 integral with the steel shell of the sandwich type composite pile cap 3, is provided in a joining part of the sandwich type composite pile cap 3, and a sidewall main reinforcement 12 and a sidewall distribution reinforcement 13 projecting from the upper part of the sidewall 2, are housed in the joining part steel shell 11, and concrete 17 is installed, so that the rigidly joined joining part is constituted. |
