The present invention provides a battery pack having a structure in which two or more battery modules comprising a plurality of battery cells or unit modules capable of charging and discharging are arranged and embedded in a space between a pack housing and a base plate. The battery pack is characterized in that a first wall and a second wall are located respectively on a first surface at one side and a second surface at the other side of the base plate; external input/output terminals are located on the first wall and the second wall; the battery modules are connected to the external input/output terminal in a state where the battery modules are connected to each other electrically in series or parallel; and a capacitor is mounted on the one side adjacent to the external input/output terminal on the first wall and the second wall.
