摘要 The invention relates to electrical power engineering. In the claimed method for producing thermal and electrical energy and the claimed device for implementing said method, energy is produced by means of generating, in a quartz tube, a high-voltage gas discharge between an anode electrode in the form of a steam injection nozzle and a cathode electrode made from a hydride-forming material and configured in the form of a nozzle with an opening for the discharge of hot steam, said electrodes being mounted coaxially and in series. A combined voltage comprising a DC component and a high-frequency component is supplied to the electrodes. At the same time, a vortex flow of an inert gas is generated along the axis between the electrodes in the direction of the cathode electrode with the aid of a vortex flow generator, with hot steam being injected by the anode into the vortex flow of inert gas. Electrical energy is drawn off with the aid of at least one pair of electrode probes, one of which is situated on the axis of the vortex flow, while the other is situated at the periphery thereof. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of thermal energy and electrical energy generation owing to conditions that provide for the optimal interaction of a flow of light hydrogen ions with erosion nanoparticles released from the material of the cathode electrode.
